For a few months now I have been on (Sinutab Nasal Spray, Blocked Nose) I go through one of these sprays a week, in daily use. I know this is very unhealthy but it is unfortunately the only product that instantly clears me up, no other nasal spray works and I have become immune to sinus pills or any other way of clearing.
If I don’t use the nasal spray my nose will block up to the point where I cant even blow the mucus out, even with my nasal spray I am constantly sniffing. I have noticed that my ears are also being effected as they are getting blocked, I can block my nose and blow to unblock them, which sometimes I hear a squeak in my one ear when I do so, but the moment I take a few breaths in my ears start to block up again, not completely but more than they should, definitely…
I have now recently started to notice my tongue has gone completely white, I have a bitter sort of taste more towards the back and I also feel my taste buds are a bit swollen as there are biggish bumps at the back of my tongue, Tongue also feels like it has a layer of slime more towards the back, does need some constant clearing, tongue also feels a bit odd more towards the back, as if I drank or ate something too hot…. I feel this is all connected to my Sinus and maybe even the spray i’m using.
When I blow in the mornings there is always a tiny bit of yellow somewhere in the mucus.
I do know I suffer from allergies, I have stopped smoking, drinking and cut off from Dairy and grains, I have also been to a health practitioner so that I could start a liver detox to hopefully help with the source of the problem.
Please assist me if you can, I cannot handle this anymore, its been my whole life and just getting worse the more I leave it untreated…

Hi there, I’ve been suffering from head, nose and ear pressure for the last 5 months. I’ve been for Fess and grommet surgery early this January. The problem is still there.
